How do I get in touch with a real person?

  • The Crystalgypsy is a one woman show! Email us at crystalgypsy333@inboxmessage.net and I will personally get back to you within 24hrs. 

How soon will my order be shipped?

  • We normally sip out orders every Thursday and Canada Post takes 3-5 business days to deliver the parcel depending on your province. Please expect longer than usual delivery time during Holiday and Natural disaster.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

  • Currently, all transactions are final and orders cannot be canceled. However, we want our customers to be satisfied, please inspect your order upon receiving it and email us immediately at crystalgypsy333@inboxmessage.net if the item is defective, you are unsatisfied, or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The item I like is out of stock. When is it coming back?

Because organic stones are unique, many of our products are one-of-a-kind or cannot be restocked for a long time. In this situation, we are pleased to provide you alternatives. Simply get in touch with us directly or post your query on the product page, and we'll respond there.

Where do all these crystals come from?

Our gemstone items are obtained ethically from reliable sources throughout the globe. We visit the sites whenever we can to personally inspect the crystals and observe the working conditions of our partners' staff.

My stone broke, what do I do?

Natural crystals are vulnerable to harsh impacts and may fracture, chip, or break if they fall. You do, however, have a few choices:

1. The stone can be put back together with an adhesive.
2. To create a new design and hide the fracture line, you can wire wrap over the stone once you've glued it back together.
3. You can bury the crystal in a potted plant's soil.

Do you ship overseas?
